It started with the idea that making connections in the digital world should leverage human instinct and trust. And, it should do that while respecting people’s privacy and security. With a patent pending technology and a general idea of how it would be implemented, the client was serious about developing the idea further and bringing it to life. They knew they needed to start building something, but were not exactly sure what the specifics of that should be.

Stoss began by facilitating a fresh look at the desires of the audience and the qualities of the product, including its underlying technology. A strategy was then laid out, focusing on the human qualities of making connections and the personal privacy of a secure platform. This was followed by a product development process to define specific features for beta development as well as a plan for future features to be implemented as the product matures. With a clear vision in place, Stoss led the team through naming of the platform as well as digital naming of its online presence. This quickly moved into the design of the product mark, visual language and, most importantly, the design of the mobile interface which brought the concept to life in a tangible way. To support the launch of the app, Stoss designed and delivered a website, app store graphics, social media graphics, email communication templates and other brand implementation needs.
